1. Definitions

“Account” refers to the Shree Hari Creation Account that you will be required to create on the Site to enable you to access certain pages and features and to submit an Order.
“Business Day” refers to a day that is neither (i) a Saturday nor a Sunday, (ii) a public holiday, nor (iii) a Bank Holiday anywhere in India.
“Contract” refers to your Order of Product(s) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions that we accept in accordance with Clause 7.2.
“Customer” refers to any individual identified in the Order and who placed an Order on the Site.
“Order” refers to the online Order placed via the Online Store by you on the Site to purchase Product(s) from us in accordance with these Conditions.
“Product(s)” refers to a Shree Hari Creation product on the Site for which www.shreeharicreation.in invites Orders in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
“You” refers to the Customer who placed an Order on our Site.

References to “clauses” are to clauses of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Eligibility

To make purchases through the Site, you must be at least 18 years old. If you are under 18, parental or guardian consent is required. We reserve the right to accept orders only from those over 18.

3. Prohibitions

You are responsible for all activity on the Site. Engaging in prohibited behavior may lead to a ban or legal action under applicable cybersecurity laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Site is owned by or licensed to Shree Hari Creation. Reproduction or redistribution is prohibited. The Site is for personal, non-commercial use only.

5. Third-Party Content Disclaimer

All third-party trademarks and content are used for identification purposes only and remain the property of their respective owners.

6. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the full agreement between you and Shree Hari Creation and supersede all prior agreements.

7. Terms of Sale

7.1 Registration

To make a purchase, you must register with accurate details and use a valid payment method.

7.2 Acceptance of Order

Orders are subject to acceptance and stock availability. Confirmation emails acknowledge receipt, not acceptance. The contract is finalized upon dispatch.

7.3 Price and Payments

Prices are listed in INR and include applicable taxes. Promotions must be applied before checkout. You agree to provide accurate payment details and consent to payment processing through Razorpay.

7.4 Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Visual variations due to display differences are not considered defects.

8. Delivery

We do not ship to PO Boxes or restricted areas. Delivery dates are estimates. Customs inspections may occur.

9. Acceptance of Products

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt. Returned items must be unused and in original condition. Defective products must be reported with photos. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless stated otherwise.

10. Store Credits

Store credits issued for returns are valid for 3 months and not eligible for further returns.

11. Liability Limits

We are not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or for failures due to circumstances beyond our control.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Shree Hari Creation against all liabilities from any breach of these Terms by you.

13. Relationship

Nothing in these Terms creates an agency, partnership, or employment relationship.

14. Waiver

Failure to act on a breach does not waive our rights to act on future breaches.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Indian law. Indian courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

16. Variation

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
